We can exchange or refund your purchase from Kidsbooks within 60 days from the date of purchase. If you have the original sales receipt, we will refund the amount in the same manner in which the sale was made (i.e. Visa, cash, Debit etc.) Without a store/web receipt, we are happy to make an exchange or give you a store credit with no expiry date.
Items for exchange or refund must be in mint condition. (Please ensure that the book item has not been inscribed!….. "To Cousin Billy from Aunt Judy!" )
You may bring the item in to any of the Kidsbooks locations, or if purchased online, mail the item to the West Broadway location only. We do not refund shipping charges.
Defective items are also accepted, but please include information that explains the defect.
